I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation to the staff at Cars Well, LLC. My son currently lives and works overseas but is returning to the States early in the summer. He found the car he was looking for online with Cars Well. As a cooperative Dad, I received the request to follow-up with the dealer and evaluate the car. Sheree was our main contact, working effectively with the both of us. She was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process; clear in her presentation of their process and answering questions as required, very customer-service oriented. Taylor was also helpful in addressing small minor issues needing resolution. I would recommend the Cars Well business in consideration of the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Their transparency and trustworthiness are commendable and appreciated as well. We definitely received value for money in our purchase.
