Phenomenal one-stop shop for buying a car. The team was incredibly friendly and never pushy. My husband and I primarily worked with David, but Austin was also very helpful and kind. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and the paperwork process was quick and painless. I highly recommend supporting this business!

David and the rest of the crew at Cars Well Certified Pre-Owned are great to work with you and their car warranty is great also. I was in the used car business for several years and one thing I have learned is, a cars warranty is only as good as the people standing behind it and put their money where their mouth is every step of the way. I live approximately 2 hours from Cars Well and saw one of their cars on Facebook marketplace, called to confirm it was there and scheduled a test drive. What I didn’t know was what a pleasure it is to work with truly honest people when buying a used car. I got out of the business when the company I worked for started hiding things from their customers. All of that being said, if you or anyone you know is in the market for a pre-owned car, it’s definitely worth the drive to Cars Well Certified Pre-Owned cars to deal with theses great people. Thank you again David and please thank the rest of your crew for giving me the best experience I’ve ever had buying a pre-owned vehicle.

Serge, David and Austin are all great. It was an easy and stress free purchasing experience. Everyone was attentive but not overbearing. Pricing was very fair and the vehicle was in very good condition. I did the transaction remotely so they even shipped the vehicle to my home when I wasn't able to pick it up. Would recommend Care Well for anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Serge and Austin at Cars Well were fantastic! Several calls and texts with them gave me lots of info about the car I was interested in, and they answered all my questions with speed and honesty. Their promise of free shipping under 300 mi and a 7 day return period was awesome, and no joke— in fact right after I received the car my financial circumstances changed overnight and Serge helped me coordinate returning the car with no problems, wiring my money back as soon as he received it.Once I’m ready to buy a car again I’ll be sure to hit up Cars Well!

Second time I’ve purchased a vehicle with Carswell and both experiences have been very positive! Super friendly staff and a great selection of vehicles. There were a few things extra I needed after the purchase and the staff worked with my days off and got what I needed done quickly. Highly recommend Carswell be your go to when looking at getting into a nice vehicle!
